We’re having a great time here in the Sunshine State. I’m already exhausted. Here are a few pictures of our week so far. This is a small glimpse of what we’ve been up to. We’ve had a ball. You photographers out there – if you have ANY idea why my pictures are turning out so fuzzy, I would LOVE some help because I’m getting frustrated.
We have one more week of fun in the sun then it’s back to life (sing it with me) back to reality…
- And we met our cousins at the splash pad where we wore ourselves out. I wish I got a picture of all 7 kids together, but, you know – there were 7 of them…
- We spent two nights in a hotel which was very exciting. They got to watch TV until they fell asleep – what’s not fun about that?!
- We went hiking in a state park and climbed an old tree trunk.
- We went to Orlando where we spent the weekend riding around on Boss and Byshka’s new boat.
- We celebrated a 6th birthday, Star Wars style.
- We took the Wave Runner out for a ride and even Landon got a turn this year. I’m not sure he really enjoyed it.
- We played in the waves at the beach.
- Even “Boss” (my dad) got to join in the fun.
- The kids having a water gun fight.
- Beware the She-Pirate!
- We became pirates for the day.
- Landon finally figured out how to stay afloat with his floatie on. Yay for independance!
Oh, I saw the van and thought you were back…..just Lee?? Looks like you are having a total blast!!!! Hey does your mom and dad ever rent out their condo??? Seriously. Mike and I are trying to get away the week before school starts with the kids….and are having no luck. Can you email me? or comment on my blog? 🙂 Miss you guys.
Brian said to check the resolution setting. Go in your camera at the file setting. Then go under either resolution or file size and make sure it is set to the highest if you have a big enough memory card. If they have jsut become fuzzy it must be a setting that has gotten changed some how. What type of camera do you have, that may help us tell you how to fix it. We both have Digital SLR cameras. I know when mine gets fuzzy the focus point is not in the center but I am taking the pictures like it is. So in essence, it is focusing on something to one of the sides, but I want the center focused. Not sure if this is making any sense. If you want to email me the type of camera you, I may be able to help you.
Also, check what setting you are in. Are you in a specific scene setting or on an actual ISO focus setting. I am also home tomorrow if you want to call. I hope you get it fixed so you can get good pictures.
Looks like y’all are having a blast! I’m so jealous! You’ve seen lots of sun and ocean in the last few weeks, and I have seen zero! My pale skin can attest to that!
I think you pics look great! I always use ISO about 200 in the sun, auto focus on sports mode, and multiple focal points (instead of just one). This is all assuming you have an SLR.
What fun! Glad you guys are having a blast. Our husbands are acting like kids in a candy jar tonight! And Cade is none too happy about it!
